I have incorrectly processed an address change for a contact. How do I reverse this change and re prepare the address change documents?
Solution
From the Main Toolbar, go to Contacts. |

- Locate the Contact from the list and click the Contact Name to edit the contact.
- In the Registered address field, click
- Select History
- Remove any incorrect line items by clicking
- Click
This will revert the Contact's address to their original address.
The address change documents can now be prepared. See, Officer, Member and Contact Address Change (Multiple Companies).
