How do I change a company's business, registered and officer’s address all in one form?
Step 1 - Add the changes for the Company's Business and Registered Office addresses.
Ensure the option remains flagged for these changes.
Step 2 - Prepare the change for the Officer's address
|From the Main Toolbar, go to Multiple.
Select Contact Address Change
CAS 360 will display the Contact Address Change screen.
|Select the Officer/Member
In the New Address field, begin typing the new Address. CAS 360 will begin searching the Global Address screen for the Address. If the Address has not been previously added to the Global addresses screen, will appear.
Click to add a new Address.

|Apply change where Companies Business Address is the same?
|Select only if you want to prepare an address change for other Companies which have the same Registered Business Address
|Apply change to other contacts with the same address?
|Select only if you want to prepare an address change for other Contacts which have the same address
Step 3 - Prepare the Combined Form 484
Select beside 'Include other changes?'.
CAS 360 will prepare a combined Form 484 containing all outstanding changes for the company.
The combined company changes are any changes with the Print Option () active.
Hover your cursor over Changes to quickly view the combined changes for the company, a summary will also display from the Document Production screen.
Click to produce the combined Form 484.
