Overview
CAS 360 allows users to add partners and managers as contacts attached to the trust. This will let the trust contact appear in certain documents and receive emails related to the trust.
Navigation
From the Main toolbar, navigate to Trust
To select a Trust previously set up in CAS 360, search and click on the Trust Name from the list.
On the Trust Details screen, scroll down until Trust Contacts is reached.
Click
Select partner or manager.
Then select a previously added contact from the Global Contact screen, or add a new contact to CAS 360 by clicking .

- Trustee Minutes or Resolutions
- Unitholders minutes or resolutions
- Unit allotment journal
- Unit transfer journal
- Unit transfer form
- Unit certificate
- Declaration of trust (this is shared with companies)
- Notice of beneficial ownership (this is shared with companies)
- Application for units
- Declaration of distribution resolution (discretionary trust)
- Declaration of distribution resolution (unit trust)
- Distribution statement (discretionary trust)
- Distribution statement (unit trust)
