I have lodged Form RA61, however, no RA62 has been received through CAS 360 despite on they ASIC portal it states that it has been received.
Solution
This can occur as there is an ASIC EDGE limitation where the RA62 file will not be sent by ASIC to CAS 360 if there is a high volume of companies that you are the ASIC Registered Agent for in the file.
Specifically, a request made for over 1000 companies would likely not receive an RA62 file.
To circumvent this, we would recommend reducing the period selected to a quarter at a time:
