When are the due dates for ASIC forms?
Solution
The lodgement due date is calculated from the earliest change of date. For most ASIC forms, such as the form 484, the due date of a document is 28 days inclusive of the earliest date of change. (see the Lodging period section below for more information)
Example
Preparing a Form 484 with the earliest date of change 01/06/2018. The form was prepared on the 03/06/2018 and signed on the 03/06/2018.
Since the form has a lodgement period of 28 days and the date of the earliest change on the form 484 was 01/06/2018, the Due date is 28/06/2018.
