Details
ASIC has two mailboxes through which documents can be lodged:
- Primary Mailbox
- Secondary Mailbox
If one of the mailboxes is down, you can use the other one to lodge documents.
Solution
From the Main Toolbar, go to Settings | |
Select Lodgement/Agent Settings |
- Beside the Agent details click
- Click Edit

Beside ASIC Mailbox, select SECONDARY
If you were using the Secondary Mailbox and need to switch to the Primary Mailbox, select PRIMARY
