When in the document screen, the lodge button is not appearing beside some documents
Solution
The lodge button will not appear beside a document for a number of reasons:
- The form has already been Lodged to ASIC
- The form was previously lodged and rejected by ASIC. These forms cannot be used to re-lodge again and would need to be re-prepared
- The form is a form 201, which will need to be lodged via the Company Registration Screen; or
- The form is a manual form
Note:
This can also occur when CAS 360 releases an update. Some users experience issues with loading pages due to a cache issue in their internet browser.
Clear the cache in your internet browser to resolve the issue:

- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- Internet Explorer
- Safari
