Overview
Once you have logged into CAS 360, you will be automatically directed to the Company Selection screen. This screen contains a list of all the companies created within your firm. Select a company to access it.
The Company Selection screen contains the following features:
Select a Company
To select a company, simply click on the company name.
This will allow you to enter the following company information:
Add Company
To add in a new company to CAS 360, Click:
Getting Started ...
Click Getting Started ... to begin entering you ASIC Registered agent details into CAS 360.
With the Getting Started function, users are able to automatically import all their companies into CAS 360 from ASIC.
Search
The Search function allows you to quickly locate companies by filtering through key information fields. This tool helps you easily find the company you're looking for based on specific details.
You can search and filter companies using the following fields:
- Company Name: Enter the full or partial company name.
- Partner: Search by the assigned partner for each company.
- Billing Contact: Locate companies based on the individual responsible for billing.
- Manager: Search for companies by the name of their designated manager.
- Signing Contact: Find companies by the person authorized to sign documents.
Advanced Filter
The Advanced Filter allows you to refine your company list on-screen through the following filters:
Select a Jurisdiction
Select to filter the Company Screen by Jurisdiction
Alert Filters

Annual Review Alert |
Display companies which have the Annual review alert active. The Alert will be active:

Users will be able to further filter the screen by companies which have:

Deactivated Companies | Select to display the previously deleted companies. |
Labels
Select to display certain Companies that have a common Label attached.
Additional Options
Under the Options column (far right-hand side of the screen) select for a particular company to:
- Edit the company
- Delete the company
- Prepare a Company Report
RA72 Options - Import from ASIC
- Compare with ASIC
The RA72 options will instantly import the company information from ASIC into your CAS360 and/or prepare a Comparision report comparing the Company information you have in CAS360 with the Company. Information ASIC has
Notes
Users are able to add important information to the Company notes section.
To add a note, click beside the company
(The icon will display if a note has been previously entered for the company)
In the text, field users can create a company note:
Company notes are saved automatically when a note is entered. Click to delete a note.
Users can add additional notes by clicking
To exit out from the company note section, click
Agent Forms
ASIC Agent Forms are now prepared directly through the Company Selection screen.

With CAS 360 you no longer need to manage extensive spreadsheets or spend the entire day going through and processing emails instead of focusing on managing your corporate affairs. CAS 360 will simply automate all of this for you.

Labels
In CAS desktop, each company was allocated a department. In CAS 360 departments have been replaced with Labels. In CAS 360 each company can have multiple labels. This allows for greater reporting across companies and is also a key aspect of user rights and document templates in CAS 360.

Review Date
The Annual Review Date is the anniversary of the company registration date, however, the review date can be changed under certain circumstances.

Show Current Companies Only
Flag the Current companies option to display all companies excluding those that have been deregistered or flagged as non-current.
