The Address Usage Report allows you to identify where an address is used across your CAS 360 database. This includes determining how many companies are associated with a specific registered address, making it easy to review and manage shared addresses.
When to use the Address Usage Report
Use this report when you need to:
- Identify how many companies are linked to a particular registered address
- See which companies or entities share the same address
- Review address usage before updating or standardising an address
- Export address usage data for review or audit purposes
Instructions
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Reports |
Select Address Usage Report
CAS 360 will display the Address Usage screen.
Selecting an Address
Select the address(s) to appear in the Address Usage Report by flagging the tick box
Use the search field to filter the list of Addresses

| Report Date | Date to display on the report. |
Show Current Address Only
Select to display the addresses that are currently attached to a company.
Review the Report Settings
Select the toggle beside the options to display the information on the Address Usage report. The Report settings will now save as a default once selected.

The Address Usage Report can be exported as an XLS or PDF file.
