What is Constitute?
Constitute is an Australian provider of legal structure services for accountants, financial planners and advisers. It helps businesses quickly establish companies, trusts, SMSFs and business names with ASIC and prepares all standard legal documents required for these structures. Constitute maintains an internal legal practice to keep documents compliant and up to date, and its platform is designed to streamline the setup process for legal entities used by professional practices.
Professionals use Constitute to order and receive ASIC registrations, constitutions and register documents, trust deeds, SMSF deeds and other related legal materials—often more efficiently and at a lower cost than traditional law firm services.
