Overview
A Registered Agent acts as an intermediary between an Australian company and ASIC to help the company meet their lodgement obligations more efficiently.
CAS 360 is listed by ASIC as EDGE Compliant Software. Meaning that lodging online with CAS 360 is the quickest, easiest, safest and secure way for you to prepare, manage and lodge your corporate compliance forms.
Multiple agents are supported by CAS 360 simply by selecting ADD Agent. Users are able to add another agent from the Lodgement/Agent Settings Screen

Please note - ASIC updates the EDGE password periodically and sends this new password to the software. ASIC can only send it to one software at a time (whichever software that connects to ASIC first). Therefore, due to the way ASIC's EDGE system works, it is only recommended to have the credentials entered into one software at a time.
If are ready to start lodging documents/receive ASIC annual reviews through CAS 360, you need to enter the EDGE credentials in CAS 360 and remove the credentials from the old software. If you are still doing lodgements through your previous software, you should remove the EDGE credentials from CAS 360.
