Registered Agent Ceasing to Act
This form is prepared when a Registered Agent wishes to remove a company from their ASIC Agent Lodgement list.

Select the ASIC Agent details. CAS 360 will automatically select the Agent from the General details screen (if one has been selected) |

Click 
Users will be directed to the Document Production screen, where they will have the option to either Download All or Send All. 
Download All prepares a downloaded version of the forms in PDF format.
Send All directs users to the Preview email screen form can be forwarded on to the intended recipient.
After lodging Form 361, the company will still be listed in the Company Selection screen and will be counted towards the total number of companies on your CAS 360 licence.
