    Hi Jason,

Thank you for reaching out in the community.

As the new registered agent for the company, you will not be able to access the Annual Review through CAS 360. Due to the way CAS 360 connects to EDGE, Annual Reviews are only sent to the registered agent listed at the time of release.

There are alternative ways to retrieve the information so your client can pay the fee. To obtain the Annual Review, you will need to contact ASIC directly.

Additionally, CAS 360 automatically lodges a Form RA67 (Company Debt Alert), which will show the company’s outstanding debt. This may help your client pay the fee without needing the original Annual Review.

Please let me know if you have any further questions

    Hi Jason,

ASIC don't re-send or re-issue an Annual Review.
What we do is create a "manual annual review", and forward to the client using our usual wording.

    1. order a new company statement Company Extracts – CAS 360 Australia
    2. create an invoice - click on the red $ icon in company debts and down load an invoice from there.
Make sure you have imported the BPay and Post BPay details first. A company's BPay, BillPay and payment reference details not appearing in CAS 360 – CAS 360 Australia
    3. create a solvency resolution using Freeform Documents - there is already a system template for solvency resolutions Freeform Documents – CAS 360 Australia

Then merge the 3 PDFs into one.
Then send it to the client with your usual wording.

    I hope this helps.
