Users have the option to include signing lines into two columns for Resolutions. Navigate to options besides the document in Document Production, to toggle on the feature.

Description Code Where is this information in CAS 360?

Trust name

 ${trm_trustName} Entered into the Trust Name field in the Trust screen.

Trustee Name

${trm_trusteeName}

 Entered as the Trustee for the trust in the Trust screen.

Meeting Address

 ${trm_meetingAddress} The meeting address entered into the Trust Details screen
Meeting address in multi-line ${trm_meetingAddressMultiLine} The meeting address entered into the Trust Details screen
Meeting address in multi-line and proper case ${trm_meetingAddressMultiLineProperCase} The meeting address entered into the Trust Details screen
Meeting address in multi-line and proper case and suburb is capitalised ${trm_meetingAddressMultiLineProperCaseSuburbCapitalised} The meeting address entered into the Trust Details screen

The following codes relate to populating the effective date for a company change. Effective date meaning the date the company change takes place and not to be confused with the signing date

The following codes can be added to ANY date code in order to change and select a specific date format. For example, instead of using ${datesigned} add the ${D_DNC} field to it to become: ${D_DNC${datesigned}}
${D_DNC${datesigned}} will display the signing date with its day and full date format (e.g. Tuesday, 25 July 2017)
