Can Resigning Director be a signatory for Form 484?
Suppose Mr X is resigning as Director. I have one question for signatory. Can Mr X be a signatory while filing Form 484 for removing him as Director?

In the scenario you've given, the resigning director can't be used as the signatory for Form 484. If the director is signing off on their own resignation, you'll need a Form 370 instead of a Form 484.
Resigned, Removed or Deceased Officers
Form 484 is used when someone else is lodging the resignation on the director's behalf, not for the person signing off on their own.
