    Hello Lara, 

    Thank you for reaching out in the Community. 

    A common reason the "Send invoice in a separate email" toggle is greyed out or cannot be enabled is that the ASIC Invoice has not been selected in the Document Production screen.

    If the ASIC Invoice document is not being prepared, the toggle will remain unavailable.
