Company name recorded incorrectly in CAS360

I lodged a Form 205 to change a company name which was rejected by ASIC because it was incorrect. The name recorded by ASIC ended with Pty. Ltd. whereas in CAS360 it was Pty Ltd It was missing the full stops.

Does anyone know how to fix the name in CAS360?

  Hi David,

  Julie is correct.

  You’ll need to update the company name in CAS 360 so it exactly matches ASIC’s records, including the punctuation in Pty. Ltd. Once the change has been saved on the main company screen, you can reprocess the rejected Form 205.

  To do this, go to Name Registrations, select the three dots next to the pending name, and choose Edit.

  Go to the main company page and make the required edits then click on save. 
  
  Reprocess the form by going to Name registrations > 3 dots to the right of the pending name > choose edit
