Is there a way to appoint an Officeholder as both the Chairman of Director's meetings and the Signatory/Form signatory?

Hi Gloria,
Thank you for reaching out in the Community.
Yes, it is possible to appoint an officeholder as both the Chairman of Directors’ Meetings and the Form Signatory in CAS 360.
To do this, navigate to the Officers screen for the company. When appointing a new officer, set the Meeting Status to Signatory. This will assign the officer as the default signatory for both ASIC forms and Directors’ minutes, including acting as Chairman for directors’ meetings.
If the officer has already been added to the company, you can update this by editing the officer on the Officers screen and changing their Meeting Status accordingly.
You can learn more about how signatories work in CAS 360 by referring to this article:
Change the signatories on the ASIC Forms, Meeting Minutes and Resolutions.
