How to stop automatic lodgments/reminders
I have previously requested a RA63 for all companies in the database, which included some which have since changed their registered agent, but we can't remove them from our system just yet. Every day the software lodges a company info report for these companies that keep failing the lodgment and I do not know how to stop it.

At this stage, the daily RA63 lodgement attempts are expected behaviour if a request was previously submitted and rejected, and the company remains active in the system.
The current workaround is to deactivate the company, which will stop the automatic lodgement attempts—but we understand this isn’t ideal if you still require access to that company.
That said, we do have an improvement task logged. This is currently under analysis with our Product team. While there is no ETA at this stage, the feedback is definitely on our radar, and we’ll continue working toward a better solution.
