The BGL Service Status page shows whether CAS 360 and other BGL online services are running normally. Check it first if CAS 360 is slow, shows an error, or a lodgement won't go through.
What the page shows
BGL uses the Service Status page to post:
- planned maintenance and release outages, before they happen
- unplanned incidents, with updates until they're resolved
- outages at third parties CAS 360 relies on, such as ASIC or ATO maintenance
Access the Service Status page
The page is public, so you don't need to log in. You can open it in any of these ways:
- From the CAS 360 Help menu in the upper menu, select Server Status.
- Go directly to status.bgl360.com.au.
- Select the Here link in the yellow notice bar at the top of CAS 360, when BGL has posted a maintenance or outage notice.
- Select the Service Status link in an error message. Some errors, such as Internal server error, link straight to the page.
Tip
Bookmark status.bgl360.com.au so you can still check it if you can't log in to CAS 360.
Understand the statuses
The page lists each BGL service with its current status. Find CAS 360 in the list, then check its status:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Operational | CAS 360 is running normally. |
| Performance Issues | CAS 360 is available but may be slow. |
| Partial Outage | Some features are unavailable, for example ASIC lodgements. |
| Major Outage | CAS 360 is unavailable. |
Below the list of services, you'll find current and past incidents with time-stamped updates, and any scheduled maintenance with its start and end times.
What to do if there's an issue
BGL is already working on it, so you don't need to log a support call. Follow the updates on the page and try again once the incident shows as resolved.
Plan lodgements and document preparation outside the maintenance window.
Lodgements to that agency won't go through until it's back. You can keep using other CAS 360 features and lodge once the outage is over.
- Refresh your browser, or clear your browser cache and log in again.
- If the problem continues, log a support call with the error message and a screenshot.
