BGLiD email templates now support client-name merge fields The merge fields ${ClientCasual}, ${ClientCasualProperCase}, ${ClientFirstName}, ${ClientFirstNameOnly} and ${ClientFirstNameOnlyProperCase} are now available across all six BGL ID templates
BGLiD Medicare Verification - When verifying with Medicare, the expiry year dropdown was capped at current year plus 5 meaning Blue and Yellow cards expiring later couldn't be entered. The dropdown list now lists the current year plus 10, recalculated annually.
Errors Corrected
BGLiD - Fixed an issue where verification results with a "REFER" outcome failed to generate the verification report, leaving the contact stuck on Pending in CAS360. The report now correctly generates and the outcome is applied.
BGLiD Biometrics - If a first biometric attempt failed and a retry passed, the report could still show the failed attempt's selfie, even though the Contact picture was already correct. This has been fixed and the report now uses the latest passed attempt's selfie.
Annual Review Digital Signing - Fixed the 500 error related to Annual Review document packs sent for digital signing with the "Require Signer to add dates to signing lines" toggle on. This occurred when at least one of the documents had digital signing turned off, and this error impacted the Docusign, Fusesign, and Pleasesign process.
Automated Debt Reminders - Fixed an issue where scheduled automated debt reminders with due dates were removed once a company's debt moved into the due-now range (due within 0–30 days), and no reminder was created if a debt was already in that range when set up. Reminders now persist until the debt is overdue or paid, and are created for debts already due within 30 days.
