Overview
After submitting a support query to BGL, our team may need to access your CAS 360 license to investigate and resolve the issue. By granting BGL Support temporary access to your firm, our support team can determine your specific situation, helping us resolve the issue faster.
This article will cover how to invite BGL Support to your firm from within the "Log a Support Call" popup window.
Instructions
- Once logged into CAS 360, select the Log a support call button at the top of the CAS 360 page:
- The Support Call popup window will display.
Select "Already in contact with BGL Support? Grant Account Access here":
- A confirmation popup will appear in the top right-hand corner of your screen:
As mentioned, the BGL Support team will be given access to your license for 14 days.
After this period, this access will be removed and our team will no longer be able to access your license.
- If you have an ongoing support ticket with BGL and have provided access to your firm, please notify our team by replying to the email so we can help resolve your query as soon as possible!
