I am unable to invite users into CAS 360
There are two common causes for this issue.
1. The user doesn't have access to the necessary authority to invite users in CAS 360.
To rectify this issue, an Admin user must give the user the necessary authority. Please take the following steps to do so.
|Select the BGL App Switcher icon from the Main Toolbar|
|From the menu, select Users|
|From within the BGL Account screen, hover the cursor over Admin and select Role Settings from the side menu.|
Ensure that the Role Settings screen, the user role for the user you are wanting to give the necessary authority to invite users is selected. Note 'Garys Role' is an example.
Under the User and Integrations section, toggle the User Manager capability on.
The user will now have access to the User Manager/Invitation feature in CAS 360.
2. Error message: No available product for inviting <User email address entered>.
There are two common causes for this error message.
Firstly, an existing invitation already exists for this particular user. To check this, take the following steps
|From within the BGL Account screen, hover the cursor over Admin and select Invitations from the side menu.|
You will be able to see the user within the Invitation screen, with the status of the invitation as Invited | Not joined yet.
The second common cause is that the user has already joined the firm and is an active user within the firm. This can be checked from within the Invitations screen as well. The status of the user will be Joined | <Date/time> the user joined.
Alternatively, this can also be checked from within the User Manager screen. The user will appear as active, as seen below
