Labels in CAS 360
Labels are used in CAS 360 to group Contacts together for quick selection and reporting purposes.
Some of the benefits of using labels are:
- Quickly filter contacts.
- Ability to allocate and group contacts.
Activating Label Filters
Label filtering is disabled by default.
To start using label filters on the contacts screen, select the Active Label Filters toggle:
Once enabled, selecting labels will filter the contact list displayed.
Manage Labels
Use the Manage Labels function to quickly add and remove labels from a contact.
To Attach and Remove Labels from a Contact in CAS 360:
- Navigate to Contact Filters, then select Manage Labels under Labels.
- Then select the Labels to attach or remove from your contact list.
- Click Edit Label Name to change a Label name.
- Click Edit Label Name to change a Label name.
- Ticking contacts from your company list will instantly attach the selected label.
Unticking contacts will remove the selected label from that contact. - Click Save to confirm the Label changes.
Search labels
Use the search bar to find specific labels and access these easily. Entering a search will instantly return results for tags that match your entry.
Favourite labels
Users are able to favourite particular labels. Favouriting a label will ensure the label is automatically selected and only the contact linked to the label will display in Contacts screen.
To Favorite a label, flag the beside the label name.
How to Delete a Label
To delete a Label
- Navigate to the Contacts screen, under Contact Filters, click the Labels.
- Next, click the Label you would like to remove.
- Press the BACKSPACE key on your keyboard to delete the label.
- On the Delete Confirmation pop-up, select Delete Label.
