- Monitor Course Progress: Track how each team member progresses through their courses.
- Review Assessment Results: See how your team performs on assessments, making identifying strengths and areas needing improvement easier.
- Generate Reports: Access detailed reports to visualise your team’s performance, enabling data-driven insights for coaching and development.
How to Set Up a Team Leader Account
To get started, simply log a support call with BGL to nominate your Team Leaders. Our team will help you set up the necessary access for managing your team's learning journey.
Accessing the Learning Channel as a Team Leader
Once your account is set up, you’ll receive a unique login to the BGL Learning Channel. This login is different from the standard learner access provided through the app switcher. You can access the Team Leader dashboard via the following link:

If you oversee multiple teams, the Teams section allows you to switch between different groups you lead. This makes it easy to manage and track progress across multiple teams within your firm.

The Reporting section gives you valuable insights into how your team is performing:
- In-Depth Analytics: Track how each team member is progressing through their courses.
- Quick Reports: Gain an overview of stats and performance related to specific topics and assessments.
