chat icon not working

Can someone please give a call as Ive noticed since 25/8/2026 the live chat option in CAS360 is not working at all. It won't open/drop down to start a chat. Its affected all staff who use CAS360.   My email is chris.giannopoulos@williambuck.com & phone number 0419 834 746.  Thanks
