ASIC Form 6010 to Deregister Company - Paper Lodgement Only

When can prepare a form 6010 in CAS, but it cannot be lodged as it says ‘Paper Lodgement only’, however this form can be lodged electronically through the ASIC portal.

We use CAS to produce corresponding documents eg minutes but then need to lodge through portal.

Why can't we prepare and lodge everything via CAS.?

  I understand the confusion, particularly as Form 6010 can be lodged electronically through the ASIC Portal in certain circumstances.

  The reason CAS 360 displays "Paper Lodgement Only" is because ASIC does not accept electronic lodgement for Form 6010 when specific criteria apply, such as where the applicant capacity is a member or liquidator, or where the nominee is a company.

  If these conditions do not apply to your situation, Form 6010 can be lodged electronically through CAS 360.
