Debt Reminders - Needs an SMS Option

Already liking the new debt reminder system for annual reviews (or for debts with a known ASIC due date).

What this and the previous system is lacking however is an SMS option.

Recent stats suggests that upward of 35% of email are never opened by the end user.  That would include a good percentage of non-spam.

We desperately need SMS to combat the email weariness that everyone is suffering.

If this is a cost issue, then put a fair use policy on it and an additional cost where that is exceeded. I for one would pay it.

  Thanks for sharing your feedback. It’s great to hear you’re already getting value from the new debt reminder system.

  I understand where you both are coming from, and including an SMS option does make sense. I’ve passed this on to our product team so they can consider it as part of future improvements.

  If anyone else feels the same way, please jump in and add your thoughts to this post as well. It really helps us understand demand and prioritise what to work on next.

  Agreed!  The new debt reminder system for debts with due dates is a great addition that we've been hoping for.

  An SMS option for these reminders should definitely be the next step.
