Electronic Corp Sec Binders
Would just like some clarification of the electronic keeping of clients Corporate Secretarial Binders.
Do clients need to sign authority for this to happen? What kind of authority? Is a digital or electronic signature acceptable? Is it lodged with ASIC, or is it strictly for in-house record keeping?
Looking forward to receiving some help and guidance on this one.

Thank you for reaching out in the Community.
At the moment, CAS 360 does not have a dedicated Corporate Secretarial Binder feature. The closest equivalent is the Company Documents screen, where all documents generated and/or lodged for the company are stored for easy reference.
In relation to your question about lodgement, from what I can tell, a Corporate Secretarial Binder is generally used for internal record-keeping purposes only.
I understand the value of having a centralised electronic binder, so I’ll pass your feedback on to the team for consideration in future enhancements.
