Annual Review Invoice email
Is there a way to add another Annual Review invoice email template so we can select which email gets sent to the client? We have some clients with credits on their accounts, and we bring this to their attention so they only pay the amount owing.
Alternativel, it would be nice to see a review of the invoice email that we could edit before it gets sent out.

Thank you for reaching out in the community.
Yes, you can definitely create another Annual Review Invoice Email Template so you can choose which email is sent to your client.
To create a new email template:
- Go to Settings.
- Select Email Templates.
- Click on Annual Review Invoice Email Template.
- Select Create New.
This will generate a new template that you can customise as needed.
So when you are sending the invoice to clients:
- When you are in the Document Production screen.
- Open the Email Settings.
- Select your newly created template from the template dropdown before sending.
This allows you to choose the appropriate email template depending on whether the client has a credit on their ASIC account.
Regarding ASIC credits, CAS 360 reflects the information available in the ASIC database. If there is a credit, the outstanding balance will need to be manually adjusted or clearly noted in your email template, as CAS 360 does not automatically calculate or apply ASIC credits to the invoice amount.
In regards to reviewing the invoice before sending, we are currently working on improvements that will allow greater flexibility when reviewing and editing email templates prior to them being sent.
