Deceased Director

Which form do we need to fill out is one of two directors passes away and we go from two directors to a sole director.

Any assistance would be much appreciated

  Hi Larissa, 
  You need to go to the Officeholder tab, then find the deceased director, and then choose deceased from the drop down menu.
  
  A 484 form is produced, along with meeting minutes.
  
  If it is lodged outside of the 28 day time-frame (and often they are). Make sure you have a certified copy of the will - you will need this to upload to ASIC when you apply for the late lodgement fee waiver. ASIC always approve the late fee waiver for deceased clients when you have a certified copy of the will to accompany the application.
