Resignation of Dirctor

I made a change in CAS to resign a director and transfer his shares.

All documents were processed except the resignation letter.

Why is this?

  Thank you for reaching out in the Community. 

  This usually happens when the director’s status has been set to Removed instead of Resigned.
  

  While both options produce the same Form 484 in CAS 360, only the Resigned status will trigger the system to create a resignation letter. If the officer is marked as Removed, the letter won’t be generated.

  If you’d like to produce a resignation letter, simply update the cessation type to Resigned instead of Removed.
