Request - fix the mail icon to correctly show the status of the message

When a message is unread, the mail icon is (an) open (envelope).. in any other program, this would represent that the status of the message is currently read. If the icon was a closed envelope, it would represent a message in an unread state, and I would click it (changing it to an open envelope) to mark it as read.

Make it make sense.
