Hi Everyone,

Is it necessary for ASIC agents to keep a copy of the signed solvency resolution or is this just required for the director to keep and produce when necessary?

  Hi Rachel,

  From the ASIC website,

  

  The company must keep a record of the resolution; there is no mention of the ASIC Agent being required to store the signed copy as well.

  However, if you are still unsure, I recommend contacting ASIC to confirm this with them.
