    Hi Julie, 

    Thank you for creating a community post, I can see why there is a bit of confusion as the bottom of Form 211 does say "All Shares". 

    Form 211 is specifically designed to notify ASIC of changes involving a conversion from one share class to another. Because of that, CAS 360 only displays the share classes directly involved in the conversion. In your case, the Ordinary and C Class shares. Any other share classes, like the L Class Shares that aren’t part of the change, are not included on the form by design.

    ASIC has accepted this approach, as this doesn't affect the other share classes not included in the conversion of shares.
