Annual Company Statement

A company statement with a due date of 25 June 2025 was not received but is in the date passed folder.  I have lodged an RA71 but received the 2024 annual company statement.  does anyone have any ideas on how to reprint the 2025 annual company statement?

  Hi Sandra,

  It’s a bit tricky to say for certain without seeing the company’s status in your CAS 360. One possibility is that there may still be an unprocessed Annual Review for 2024 sitting in the Review screen.

  However, if you've already processed everything and you're still only seeing the 2024 statement after lodging the RA71, it may just be a delay—or there could be something else going on.
