    To change the trustees from holding shares individually to a joint holding, you can follow these steps in CAS 360:

    1. Create a Joint Member:

      • First, create a Joint Member contact in CAS 360. This will involve adding the two trustees as representatives of the joint holding. You can find detailed instructions on how to create a joint member here: How to Create a Joint Member.

    2. Process Share Transfers:

      • Then, you’ll need to transfer the shares from the individual trustees to the joint member. This can be done in two separate Share Transfer transactions (one for each trustee). For guidance on transferring shares, please refer to this article: Transfer of Shares.
