Shareholding - Change of trustee

We have a joint holding holding the share non beneficially on behalf of their trust, however there has been a trust deed variation done to change the trustee.

How do I change the name of the shareholder without doing a share transfer, as the trust still owns the shares only the trustee has changed?

  Hi Tracey,

  For this, based on the description, there are a few different ways to change the joint member.
  If one of the members just needs their name updated, you can process a contact name change through the multiple changes screen.

  If one of the joint members is a new contact, then the recommended process is to process a share transfer to a new joint member with the new contact.
