How can I get a backup of all clients historical data in CAS database

    Hi there!

    Unfortunately backups for your CAS 360 database are not available.

    One solution suggested in the past involves downloading relevant reports to maintain a paper trail of the historical data, however I do understand some historical data can be difficult to locate in the reports.

    If reports do not cover the data you wanted to save, I would recommend either contacting BGL Support or your Account Manager to discuss what historical data you wanted to download. They can then advise if/how this can be accessed.
