Internal Server Error - Advance Filter in Documents

I have been trying to filter my documents for lodgement under a label and each time it returns with an Internal Server Error, is anyone else having this issue?

  Hi Kathryn,

  Unfortunately, I recommend logging a support call for this, as various issues could cause the Internal Server Error and this will take time to find.
