Is it necessary to email ASIC when ceasing to act as agent to notify we are no longer the registered office or does the 361 suffice?

  Hi Rachel, 

  Thank you for getting in contact with us, 

  Depending on the situation, you may ask your former clients to sign Form 484 to change the company's registered office address. However, you would need to lodge the Form 484  before filing Form 361.

  Otherwise, please contact ASIC and use the following wording 'I withdraw my consent for <company name> to use my address'. For more information about this please ASIC's article here
