    Hi Anne

Thanks for letting us know about this.

We’ve checked with our support team, and we haven’t had too many reports about slow RA71 responses recently. That said, it’s really helpful when users like you share these issues—it gives us more to go on and helps us investigate further.

If anyone else is noticing similar delays, please feel free to jump in and share. And if you’d like, you can always reach out to our support team directly with any specific examples.

We also find we have this issue. Not consistently but every now and then, and it seems to happen on Wednesday's & Thursdays.

Sometimes lodgements are also affected.  Like yesterday I lodged a Form 484 in the morning and 24 hours later it still hasn't validated.  A few days ago I lodged a few forms in the afternoon and they didn't validate until the next morning.

Yes i'm facing the same issue for months.

Today, for example, I lodged 2 x Form 484 for 2 different companies of the same client group at around 3:45pm AEST.

It is still saying "Awaiting ASIC Validation" and its now 7:40pm AEST. this is 4 hours.

However if I log onto the ASIC Agent Portal (like the old days), and lodge the Form 484, it clears instantly or within 2 minutes at the latest.

Is CAS/BGL 360 working on fixing this issue.

The client for the 2 companies I mentioned above, required the updated ASIC extract ASAP for a bank loan purpose and I still can't give him updated PDFs of the ASIC Extract.....quite embarrassing.

We have been experiencing slow responses to RA71 requests too - particularly in the last month.

    Hi everyone,

    Thanks for all the feedback.

We’ve seen some delays with lodgements recently, which ASIC mentioned they were unaware of, but things do seem to be processing on time again now.

Our Product Team is still working with ASIC to look into it further, just to be safe.

We’ve also reached out to a few users directly, but if you're still experiencing issues, feel free to log a support call so we can investigate further.
