Issue of Shares

We have a company, who in the begining has been set up correctly to show $1 for each ordinary share. I have been asked to allot some shares for this client and have noticed that in CAS, it is recording each share for $54.546360917248255234297108673978 Fully paid. This then transfers throughout the minutes, register and certificates all being incorrect, and needing manual fixing. 
Is there a way that I can change the amount of the share in CAS so that it reflects as $1 each. Currently, I'm creating all the forms through the ASIC Portal - which shows up as the correct details) and mocking up some minutes, register and certificates. I have done company information downloads for this client multiple times, and still has the same result. Any help would be very appreciated.

  Thank you for reaching out. 

  From the scenario that you have listed, a share-type may have been selected incorrectly. 
  To fix this, please locate the incorrect allotment and then go to Share Type, click options and then edit. Select the text box as shown below then press back space, then select ORD $1 Share.
