    Hi Glen, 
    Thank you for getting in contact. 
    After reading the information provided, it does seem that CAS360 has not received the Name Change certificate from ASIC, this might occur due to different reasons. 
    To manually update the name change in CAS360, Within the company select the Name Registrations tab > select Options > select Remove Pending Status.     
    If you would like us to investigate why CAS360 has not received the name change I would recommend creating a support ticket, so that we can look into this further.
