Forms Not Lodged and overdue - Best Practice
Hi
Looking for suggestions for best practice for when forms are created in CAS360 and sent to clients for signing but they are never returned. follow ups have been completed. What is the best practice with these forms. If you change the form status to Void the Lodge tag doesn't disappear. How do you deal with these so that these forms are not lodged accidentally.
I would really appreciate feedback from other users.

Hi Jo,
We'll look to push this as an improvement, where when a document is marked as void, the lodge button disappears.
However, in the meantime, if there are documents that have been sent to sign, but never returned, you can choose to change the status of the forms as '[Electronic Signing] signature declined' to remove the lodge button.
