How to updating the date on a Prepared ASIC Form

Hi there,

I would like to inquire if there is a way to update the date on a prepared ASIC form.

Let's say I prepared a form 484 on 30/11/2022, but the client hasn't signed the form yet. Now, the client wishes to sign it. However, if we lodge the prepared 484 form as is, a penalty will be incurred. Is there a function or method available to update the prepared form's date without having to create a new form 484 from scratch?

  Hi Jessica, 

  Thank you for leaving a question. 
  If the 484 Form has already been prepared it is not possible to edit the date through the Documents screen.
  
  However, it is possible to change the date on the document through Company > Shareholder / Officer / Address > Select Options of the change. From this screen, you will be able to edit the date of the document. 

  If you wish to reprint this document you will need to toggle the Print Option to be on.
