The document deadline alert is still on, however, I have no outstanding documents to lodge. How do I turn off the document deadline alert?
The document deadline alert will be on if there are any documents for a company which still are marked as documents to be lodged.
|From the Main Toolbar, go to Documents||
Use the Document filters to display the documents that are marked as Documents to be Lodged
Beside the outstanding documents, click on the Document status field
And select Lodged as the new status
Click to accept change
