How do I change a company's business, registered and officer’s address all in one form?
Step 1 - Add the changes for the Company's Business and Registered Office addresses.
Ensure theoption remains flagged for these changes.
Step 2 - Prepare the change for the Officer's address
|From the Main Toolbar, go to Multiple.|
Select Contact Address Change
CAS 360 will display the Contact Address Change screen.
|Contact||Select the Officer/Member|
In the New Address field, begin typing the new Address. CAS 360 will begin searching the Global Address screen for the Address. If the Address has not been previously added to the Global addresses screen, will appear.
Clickto add a new Address.

|Apply change where Companies Business Address is the same?||SelectRegistered Business Address only if you want to prepare an address change for other Companies which have the same|
|Apply change to other contacts with the same address?||Select only if you want to prepare an address change for other Contacts which have the same address|
Step 3 - Prepare the Combined Form 484
Selectbeside 'Include other changes?'.
CAS 360 will prepare a combined Form 484 containing all outstanding changes for the company.
The combined company changes are any changes with the Print Option () active.
Hover your cursor over Changes to quickly view the combined changes for the company, a summary will also display from the Document Production screen.
Clickto produce the combined Form 484.
