When preparing an Officer change, I receive the following message:
Address Details have not been entered. Please add them in contacts.
The cause of the error is because the person selected does not have an address. To resolve, add an address to the person.
|From the Main Toolbar, go to Contacts.|
- Locate the Contact from the list and click the Contact Name to edit the contact.
The add registered address screen will appear
and select add registered address name to edit
- In the Address field, begin typing the new Address. CAS 360 will begin searching the Global Address screen for the Address. If the Address has not been previously added to the Global Addresses screen, will appear.
Click to add a new Address.
